Biographical Text
Green was secretary of the Flour Milling Employers’ Association and also secretary of the National Joint Council for the Flour Milling Industry. He wrote a chapter on ‘Labour Problems in the British Flour Milling Industry: An Experiment in Ordering Industrial Relations’, published in the book Industrial and Labour Relations in Great Britain in 1939. We have found no further information about him.
